Eurasian Eagle Owl

from 399.00

The Eurasian Eagle Owl, one of the largest species of owl, was once believed to have been endemic to the UK but probably became extinct here following the last ice age. It now resides in Scandanavia, eastern Europe and Asia. This remarkable captive bird, handled without jesses, is seen here in flight at the Barn Owl Centre, Gloucester, England, UK.
